After 25 years in the food service industry, we wanted to bring a traditional Greek "gyro" to the Maritimes. 

Thus began our search for a suitable location to open an authentic gyro (yee-roh) eatery that would become the first in the Maritimes to make gyros on a rotisserie and serve them the traditional Greek way.
